HOW TO ORDER

Buying Carb BOOM! products is easy and convenient. We can take orders online or over the phone.

 

Online:

Follow our simple ordering process at www.carbboom.com. Browse the full range of Carb BOOM! products under the products tab on the main menu. Then fill in the size and quantity you would like in the selector box on the right of the screen and follow the simple checkout process. Ordering online is convenient and secure.

 

By phone:

Call us on 1.800.324.2574. Phones will be answered between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday. Leave a message outside these hours and we'll call you back within 24 hours.

 

In store:

PAYMENTS POWERED BY PAYPAL

 

Paypal provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to send money online. PayPal doesnít expose or sell your financial information to merchants.

 

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed, the details are permanently removed from the web site.

 

Stock availability

If an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If weíve sold out you will be offered an alternative and weíll tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. You will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Backordered items, if shipped separately, will incur additional shipping charges.

If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then Carb BOOM! reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

 

Amending or cancelling an order

If you would like to amend your order, please let us know by e-mail, or phone us. If you would like to add aditional products to your order, please contact us directly by phone.

If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order before it is despatched. All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to info@carbboom.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the remainder of the product, with receipt, within 30 days for an immediate refund or exchange. Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail. Please include a copy of your invoice, with instructions noting if you would like a return or an exchange, make sure to note any new sizes or flavors to assure that you get the proper item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage or shipping to return the goods.

 

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less delivery charges.

Shipping Policy in USA

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing order. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. Unlike many mail order companies, we do not attempt to make a big profit on shipping charges.

 

All of our products are shipped via the most efficient and economical courier in USA, unless you request otherwise. All orders placed by noon, Monday through Friday, will normally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day.

WHERE SHOULD I HAVE MY ORDER SENT?

Shipping is quickest to a business address, so we recommend this if at all possible. If you use your business address as your shipping address, PLEASE include the name of the business to help the delivery person find your address, AND include your name as the contact. If you prefer to have your orders sent to your home, please be sure to include any special instructions (i.e. Leave on front porch) in the comments field of the shopping cart. Of course, you may also ship to your billing address, or to an alternate address of your choice. If your order is a gift, and you would like the invoice to be mailed to you rather than included in the package, please note this in the comments field of the shopping cart.

 

 

CANADA ORDERS

Prices are listed in Canadian funds. When you place your order, your invoice will reflect the amount in your native currency.

• Shipping charge of $8.29 to $9,95 in Canada on all other orders
• All orders will be sent by Canada Post
• All orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.

* Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In an effort to save you money on shipping charges, please check our dealer locator for a dealer near you that carries some or all of the products that you would like to order. Check back often as we are continuing to add more stores.

 

A shipping charge will NOT be indicated at checkout, or in your order confirmation e-mail. We will have to calculate the charge based on country and the package weight and e-mail you a total for your approval.

 

Shipping charges do NOT include duties, taxes, or other applicable fees for your country. Please check with your local customs agency or the appropriate government offices to clarify possible charges.
