Ordering, shipping and policies


ORDERING
For your convenience, you can place an order with the most suitable method for your needs. All orders placed by noon, Monday through Friday, will normally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day. No minimum order is needed when you order through Carb BOOM!.

    Our phone lines are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. If you would like to place an order after 5:00pm, or over the weekend, you can leave your order information on our recorder and we will process your order the following business day.

    Orders can be sent via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please include your shop name, account number and use our Excel order or simply write down their order on the email.

    You can send your order via our fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please include your shop name, account number and use our Excel order form or simply write down their order on the fax.

  • Sales representative
    You can place your order directly with your assigned sales representative that will pass on the order to our order desk.

SHIPPING
    All of our products are shipped via the most efficient and economical courier in USA, unless you request otherwise. All orders placed by noon, Monday through Friday, will normally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day.

  • TRACKING SERVICE
    We provide you tracking through the web. Tracking information will be emailed to all dealers providing us with email addresses. If you did not provide us with an email address, and wish to receive this information, please contact our Customer Service.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS
    We offer several options for payment:
    • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Master Card
    • Open Credit Account – For credit qualified dealers, you can opt to be billed for your purchases.


PRODUCT
  • BACKORDERS:
    Out-of-stock items will be backordered upon request on a per order or per item basis. Backorders will be shipped automatically upon arrival. Backorders which are not filled within six months will automatically be canceled unless otherwise noted.

  • PRICING:
    Carb BOOM! will always strive to keep you informed, however all prices are subject to change without notice. Specials and sales are effective for a specific time and may not be extended for merchandise purchased prior to or after the sale.

  • DAMAGED BOXES OR PRODUCTS:
    If a box or product appears damaged upon arrival, it must be reported to the driver immediately! Please follow the carrier instructions and call our Customer Service without delay (within 48 hours). The original shipping carton must be kept for inspection by the carrier and the claim must detail the damaged items. Credit can only be issued if these procedures are followed. All merchandise is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. We cannot be liable for case shortages or damages that occur after the merchandise has left our warehouse.

  • RETURNS POLICY:
    For the most efficient processing, please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will send you the return procedure instructions along with you RA #. All returns are subject to approval. Any damaged products during shipment must be left in its original shipping box in order to get a credit or refund. Contact our office within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

  • SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPPEMENT:
    Because of our double-check parking system, we have a minimum amount of errors. Please inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, contact our office within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

  • EXPIRED PRODUCTS:
    We will not take back for a refund or exchange, expired bars, gels, and so on.

  • OUR GUARANTEE:
    We stand behind all of our products. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with any of them, you can return it for an exchange or credit. It’s our guarantee!
